LAfrique teaches Salsa LA & Cubana, Bachata, Kizomba, Semba and has monthly bootcamps.
Our Social XL and parties draw people from all over the Netherlands. The Lafrique community is very international because of its proximity to the Wageningen University.
LAfrique is the Dance School in the centre of the Netherlands where you can learn Latin American – and African dances in a fun and welcoming environment.
We run 20+ dance courses weekly, we organise a monthly bootcamp and twice a year we host a national dance festival
At our locations in Wageningen we teach the Latin dances Salsa (LA-style), Bachata, Merengue, Salsa Cubana, Rueda de Casino, Rumba Cubana and the African dances Kizomba, Semba and Tarraxhina!
The name LAfrique is made up out of two essential parts, representing the origins of the dances we teach. ‘LA’ represents Latin America and ‘Afrique’ represents Africa.
