In this empowering 2-hour workshop, we`ll explore feminine movement beyond shapes and styling. Together, we`ll discover how to give meaning and intention to every movement. What do you feel? What energy flows through your body? What do you want to express, to yourself, to the room, or perhaps to your dance partner?

Femininity has many forms, and there is no right or wrong way to embody it. Vivienne and Gina will inspire and guide you, while encouraging you to discover your own authentic expression. You bring the interpretation, we simply provide the tools and inspiration.
