Move from feeling disconnected back to your intuition.

You know the feeling: counting, thinking, trying to get it right. And somewhere in that process, the actual feeling disappears. This workshop gets you out of your head and back into feeling, whether you lead, follow, or both.

You`ll learn to show up first for yourself, then for your dance partner. And when that`s nailed, only then you go for the music. Because you can`t feel what your partner is communicating, or connect to the music, until you`re back in your own body first.

We`ll work with techniques from yoga, dance, somatics, and authentic movement, within role rotation, so you experience both sides of the connection. You`ll leave with a fresh new way to navigate the social dance floor because you`ll learn how to feel what you want, and sense what your partner`s communicating.

Do you know that feeling while dancing at a social, where you`re stuck in your head? Overthinking every step, counting them in your head, afraid to make a mistake.

This workshop series teaches you how to get out of your head, reconnect with your intuition, and move with more curiosity and confidence, on and off the dance floor.

When we dare to express ourselves without overthinking, we create space for play. That`s where true co-creation begins.
