Salsa BOOST - Elevate Your Salsa

Take your Salsa to the next level with our Salsa BOOST classes. These 90-minute training sessions are designed for dancers who want to improve the quality of their dancing by focusing on technique, musicality, partnerwork and movement rather than simply learning new combinations.

Each week we dive deep into a different topic, giving you the opportunity to refine the details that make the biggest difference on the social dance floor.

Who is this course for?

This course is recommended for Salsa Improvers (Level 2) and higher. A solid foundation in Salsa partnerwork and timing is required to get the most out of these training sessions.

Latin Friday Social

After every BOOST class, you`re invited to stay for Latin Friday, our weekly social dance evening. Put everything you`ve learned into practice, dance with students from different levels and schools. And enjoy an evening filled with Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Whether your goal is stronger technique, better musicality or becoming a more confident social dancer, Salsa BOOST will help you get there.

July 24 – Musicality & Creativity part 1
Learn how to safely and confidently incorporate dips into your social dancing, using them musically and at the right moments to enhance your dance.

July 31 – Musicality & Creativity part 2
Learn how to recognize different instruments, understand song structure and timing

August 7 - Styling and Bodymovement part 1
Explore styling and bodymovement techniques that add expression, flow and personality to your dancing while maintaining strong technique and partner connection.

August 14 – Styling and Bodymovement part 2
Explore more challenging styling and bodymovement techniques

August 21 – Turning Technique part 1
Develop cleaner turns, better balance and more efficient turning mechanics for both leaders and followers.

August 28 – Turning Technique part 2
Diving into more complicated turning patterns
