What do you do when you`re at a social and there`s a musical change in the song, hearing the 2x3 clave of Rumba Guaguancó?
Do you ignore this or get nervous when your partner starts to "Rumbear" with you?

After this intensive 6-hour training, you will feel more secure and confident to dance Rumba Guaguancó! Rumba is the base of the Timba music and essential root in Cuban music and dance. It can’t be ignored…

PROGRAM
Saturday 3 August
12:00 - 15:00 - Rumba Guaguancó (Beginner/Intermediate)

Sunday 4 August
11:00 - 14:00 - Rumba Guaguancó (Intermediate)

What can you expect?

On Saturday 3 August:
* Theoretical and musical information about this rhythm and dance.
* We will start from the basics, learning all the fundamental steps of Rumba Guaguancó and create combinations you could use on the dance floor.
* You will gradually elevate your level step by step.

On Sunday 4 August:
* The dance level will become more dynamic.
* We will have practices focused on the quality of movements, where you will improve your skills and style.
* Partner work and techniques will be included.

Ladies bring your skirt/scarf, men bring your handkerchief (zakdoek) please.
No need to subscribe with partner, however it`s always fun to bring your dance buddy.
