The Kizz Effect – bootcamp Mo & Mieke

Every bootcamp there will be a different teacher and/or topic, so you will be able to learn different styles. Learn from the best and improve your skills.

This bootcamp Mo will be our special guest teacher. We will be teaching about light leading and following, different rotations and give you some very nice moves. We will start easy and build up the level.

16.15- 16.45 practice time
16.45-17.00 recap & movie time
