POWER MEETS EASE
Join Kai & Lara for a collaborative Body Movement Intensive at Oropuro! Learn to generate fluid, controlled movement through grounding and efficient body mechanics.
This 3 hour intensive will build progressively and is open to all experience levels. Dancers can expect deep, full body conditioning through exercises and dance phrases. Move with ease, discover your power!
Note: This event will be taught using Mambo On2 timing, however movement principles are applicable across many AfroLatin dance styles.
