Get ready to party your way to fitness! I`m Angela, and I`m thrilled to invite you to my Zumba party workout at my dance studio in La Haya, Zuid-Holland NL.

As a passionate Zumba instructor, I believe every class should feel like a party, and that`s exactly what I bring to my classes. Since starting my dance studio in November 2019, I`ve been dedicated to creating a fun and friendly international group where everyone can come together to enjoy the joy of dance-based exercise.
Whether you`re a seasoned dancer or just starting out, my Zumba and other dance classes are suitable for everyone. With a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves, it`s a calorie-burning interval-style workout that will get you moving and grooving to the rhythm of the music. You`ll experience different dance styles and a wide range of music to keep you energized and motivated throughout the class.
But it`s not just about the workout - it`s about having a great time! Every class will be a worthwhile workout for your body, mind, and soul. With a positive and inclusive atmosphere, you`ll feel the music and passion and immerse yourself in the Zumba experience. It`s perfect for everybody and every body!
