Rumba Guaguancó
Guaguanco? is a seduction and playful Afro-dance where the man tries to conquer the woman, waiting for the right moment to make the gesture that simulates sexual penetration called “vacunao”.
The woman’s role is to avoid the man’s advances and protect her pelvis with her skirt or scarf (or simulates this movement with her hands).

During the course
You get to know the history, musicality, dance techniques & practice playful acting during your improvisation. We start from the basics!

4-WEEK PROGRAM
Thursday 3 October - 24 October
19:00 - 20:30 Key fundamentals of Guaguancó in Rumba

Ladies bring your skirt/scarf, men bring your handkerchief (zakdoek) please. 

No need to subscribe with partner, however it`s always fun to bring your dance buddy.
