December 17 the day of Babalu Aye, also known as San Lazaro, is celebrated in the Yoruba Religion.

 

For this occasion we want to share with you a 3-hour Bootcamp dedicated solely to this orisha.

 

He is a Orisha highly respected and even sometimes feared in Nigeria. His cult comes from Dahomey (Benin), where he receives the name of Azojuano (Azowano). Its name comes from the Yoruba Babàlúíyé (Father of the World)

 

On the bootcamp you have an opportunity to learn deeper about Babalu Aye, his movements and dance.
